Now for the Omega, you will focus chakra into your legs and kick upward while quickly gathering the surrounding air to yourself and forming them into a massive tornado around you. You will be in the belly of the tornadoe as your form the tornado into a dragon. Direct the dragon to attack my clone.

Also gimme a scenario where you use this in a fight, combining it with other suitable moves.

Focusing and releasing chakra from my leg, I would kick upwards using the chakra to gather air current around me and forming it into a tornado with me as its belly, I would then manipulate it into a dragon which rams itself into your clone, the current shred your clone.

Performing an handseal, I would form a clone standing on my shoulders, the clone would jump up high into the sky, kicking upwards I would use my chakra to form a dragon of raging currents that moves at my opponent swallowing him, while midair my clone will launch a fire jutsu at the opponent inside the dragon, the dragon will immediately ignite causing it to explode killing the target
