This cannot actually be determined. It is most likely, however. The only reason why it took it's Tailed Beast Bomb with no damage is because it has no natural energy infused within it. We saw it's flesh being destroyed easily by Sakura however, when split into the mini-beasts.

It's made up of nature energy so why wouldn't its attacks contain NE in it? But Juubito did tank an ama+ rasenshuriken combo much better than the juubi did so i'll give you that.

I would like to see when this happened.

Why is it stronger? Because they're usually composed of much more chakra. The size of the Tailed Beast Bombs are visibly larger and then it's still possible to compress the size.

Maybe, juubi is bigger so the damage would be spread out more (assuming AoE), although both JJs got wrecked by smaller scale attacks while the juubi or at least the holy tree took 4 of its TBBs...

Most of the Juubi's abilities transfer over to it's Jinchūriki however the durability is not one of them.
