Sakura sypnosis correction

大戦終結後、サスケが里を去り約2年。サクラは医療忍者として「子ども診療室」を設立し、里からも一目 置かれる存在に成長して いた。ふとした瞬間、頭に浮かぶうちはサスケの 姿。。。サクラの恋絵巻が今、紐解かれる一一。

so most of you know that Organic Dino has already translated this for us, which we are all very much appreciated of.
however, she missed out or mistranslated the last sentence on the bold.

what she translated was (from the bold),
"Now perusing through Sakura’s love picture scroll—."

however, the bold is really supposed to be translated, "11 of Sakura's love picture scroll will be unraveled"
which i assume from this, there will be 11 chapters or so...

"一一" means 11 in japanese, but OD assumed that it meant just a hyphen like how she put "—" in her translation.

Don't get me wrong, i really appreciate her for this

May be when sasuke is not around, she realise there is so many thing that she always wanted to do.
May be her child hood dream is taking care of young generation and become a real kuinochi.
Base on her knowlegde in medical, she should open hospital for children and she should helping those special children, like helping lee kid version to adapt to ninjutsu...
So when sasuke come back and see the grown up sakura helping people......

一一 means "ones by one" or it's just a dash. OD read it from the app, so she probably assumed that it's punctuation dashes.

It's also on Jisho as いついつ for 一一

The number for "eleven" is only written as "十一" . There is no other way to write a number AFAIK.

一一 would never be read as a number. The TOC isn't out yet and it's going to have either 5 chapters (split into 14+ sections like Shikamaru Hiden), or it's like the Kakashi novel (14+ chapters).

Yup, just checked Jisho and Weblio.

The only way you can get "11" is if you use the automatic machine translation (where it reads the 一一 as "一" and "一" to make it 11. (一 alone is "one").

OP is definitely wrong and misleading fans....

Just asked my roommate's GF who is native Japanese. She said that 一一 would never mean the number 11.

OP is either full of it and used google or weblio translate....or even as a Japanese person, they're not very fluent at all.

紐解かれる means to browse or peruse through a book, or to untie something. Either translation is correct.

I'm also studying for JLPT N2, and I've never seen 一一 as "eleven".
