Kaguya. Without her their would be no chakra, no hagoromo and hamura, no Ashura and Indra nor their descendents, no IT war, probably no leaf village (at least how it is now), no types of jutsu (genjutsu, ninjutsu, or dojutsu), no BZ, no rinnegan madara, etc. Heck it probably would just be chakra less people fighting still Lol
