Do you even know what is Neutralize mean ?
Prime Hiruzen can shoot 5 elements at once. Jinton only contain earth, wind and fire.
Manga only stated that having kkg can combine their elements to make new elements.
Like ice is wind+water, logic = water at certain windy speed turn into ice. KKG most likely turn the elements first before shoot.
Hiruzen maybe can not shoot in one single fire, but he can combine by making clones and shoot at same ratio, which is far easy for Godurzen.
Manga facts about the combine elements : Jiraiya with oil+fire+wind.
