Not yet, Kubo said he was not going to kill him but as Kubo has turned into mangas Number 01 arsehole I wouldn't trust him. The fact that we didn't see Ukitaki when the arm was destroyed is suspicious, its possible that the arm had actually cured him over the years but he did not know and it was actually weakling him and with it destroyed he can now unleash his full power, in which case he will turn up when Shunsui is on the verge of being defeated by one of the sternritter.
