Sasuke is often times shown as weaker during the Final Fight but it is shown that Naruto was given an ability he automatically has 100 percent of the ability while the Rinnegan Sasuke had for such a short amount of time he had it hide it for the final fight he planned versus Naruto. Look at the part of the fight where Sasuke is using preta path Kurama specifically states that they are lucky he isn't skilled enough to perform jutsu and use preta path at the same time.
I know everyone is going to say well Sasuke took the tailed beasts, but this is a fight for survival Sasuke merely used what he had at his fingertips to his advantage i can be said as cowardice but who wouldn't take that over fighting an opponent without your best chances.

You are wrong about naruto having a full grasp of his power. When naruto first got KCM(naruto kept running into things) and BM(time limit), both were not perfect. It took him time to refine them. The excuse that sasuke was adjusting to his powers is pointless since the same can be said for naruto.

Asking for permission to use their chakra does not grant mastery. Naruto was able to use their techniques because they were what he was used to FRS and the like. The only thing he needed to do that was extra was just add their chakra to the individual attacks
The universal comprehension of all things is just data book rubbish. Besides the rinnegan was also said in the manga to grant the ability to use any type of ninjutsu the user desires, sasuke should have used that to master his techniques in an instant. See my point, both the manga and data book over hype abilities.

What I want to know is whether or not Sasuke's RS is the same as the ones on Kaguya's, Hagoromo's & Madara's foreheads. Either way, would having the RS on your forhead but not both Rinnegan (like Kaguya) still grant you the Rinnegan's jutsu?

yes but you have to realize several factors, naruto had a better understanding of his power due to universal comprehension of all things than sasuke. the databook says that a rinnegan user has the CAPACITY to master any technique not that they AUTOMATICALLY master any technique, there's a large difference between capacity and instantly doing it. the databook didn't overhype judging from rinnegan users' hype and feats. such as Obito's sealing, Madara's meteorite tech and madara being called to have the power of a God on at least two occasions, nagato was realized as a god in his own right as well, obito was labeled (self) as the third (technically fourth) coming of the six paths and sasuke gained power directly from the one who is labelled a God himself and later shocks said god with his ability. and btw Madara hasn't used kumai before but he has SEEN it before. heck all of sasuke's rinnegan capabilities are ones that madara has used or he's seen obito use or ones he's felt on a whim such as amenojikara. so he just copied them, if sasuke saw nagato use his rinnegan then it would've been dangerous as his knowledge of what he could do would lead to bigger problems. I agree there are bijuu techniques that one gets with cooperation, but that doesn't apply to naruto's strongest techniques which are FRS. When naruto uses his FRS variants he only asks for the bijuu chakra the rest is all done by him because the bijuu can't use FRS themselves.

The capacity to understand everything is merely data book hype, it was never stated in the manga. I might as well say madara is the only user of PS when we all know he isn't.
Sasuke used bansho tenin, he never saw madara or obito use such a jutsu. Meaning he has some intrinsic knowledge of the rinnegan like he did with his MS.
Even with the rinnegan mastered sasuke isn't a match for naruto. You forget that the naruto he was fighting was low on chakra and absorbing excess natural energy is something naruto can always do to increase his power output as that is what RSM is, a from of SM. Sasuke on the other hand doesn't always have the bijuu chakra with him. Clearly this means that sasuke will always be at a disadvantage against naruto.
Absorbing natural energy is a property of all SM. What you are saying is like saying hashirama never would've beat madara+kyuubi on his own without natural energy. Natural energy isn't an entity on its own naruto didn't subjugate and take power from another being. These are two different things.

Yes but technically, he should only know one deva path ability since even though the techniques are classified under deva path, they are still different techniques. The fact that sasuke knows how to use it suggests some unconscious knowledge of the rinnegan's jutsu.

Godara was juubi jin at that time and had his rinnegan much longer than Sasuke and knew its abilities before being revived. Also Kamui wasn't influenced by the rinnegan so madara could use it, madara saw that jutsu when obito was his protege and during the war and it's a manga fact that if madara has the Same tools as the user of a jutsu then he can easily use and master their jutsu just like he did with sage mode of Hashirama and then sarcastically said " is this it ". You can't compare anyone to madara.
Rsm naruto got an instant physical boost from the sage Sasuke got a gradual visual boost from the sage
