And there are few of those people. Besides, if she was fighting 1 vs 1 with byakugo activated, her lower half would regenerate. It would be very chakra taxing though.

Agreed, but you can't really compare naruto's healing capabilities and byakogu, both works in much different way. Naruto's healing is tiers faster and promising than byakogu which cannot guarantee it's very own users safety in many scenario's. And lol @ people rating hashirama's healing below tsunade which is utterly hilarious.
