base bode normal mini rasenshuriken obliterates both tsunade and sakura.

You do realize that her jutsu isn't active there, right? She made a conscious choice not to activate it. She decided to use her remaining chakra to summon Katsuyu in order to heal the other kage, rather than herself.
There's nothing suggesting that she wouldn't be able to regenerate herself from that condition if she has enough chakra remaining.
A fodder tech that surpasses Hashirama's SM regeneration. Yeah. :|

Naruto used magic rather than medical ninjutsu. Tsunade created a ninjutsu that regenerates everything building up the human body.
Calling this a fodder tech is just foolishness.

naruto was regenerating sells in an instant using his chakra and seal unlike all the bullshit hype of byakougo that is yet to show us that "instant regeneration ",that ain't magic .

Tsunade's sozo saisei has been given an explanation how it works. It comes with a drawback of shortening ones life. It's not a magical SM ability that Hashirama possessed, or Jesus Naruto.

You're confusing byakugo seal, byakugo no jutsu and sozo saisei.
Sozo saisei is the one providing the regeneration, which is Tsunade's own jutsu. Mito had byakugo seal, which means she could actually summon Katsuyu.

Rank does give a little as we get to know what level technique it is. Denying this is just stupid.

The seal doesn't provide the regeneration. Creation rebirth is the jutsu that regenerates.
Don't try to lecture me about Tsunade's abilities and how they work or what is what. I believe I'm more of an expert on her here.

Didn't I already explain why she didn't regenerate herself? Read my first post to this thread.
In a fight Hashirama wins for sure, but Tsunade's jutsu is just better, and the drawbacks are just like it.
Madara couldn't regenerate his arm while he had Hashirama's healing. Tsunade stated she can in fact regenerate limbs.
I don't really know how you people come to a conclusion that Hashirama's healing would be better, as it's actually vice versa.

Byakugo no seal is the seal needed in order for example to summon Katsuyu. The seal does give you the ability to use byakugo no jutsu which is the tech that makes the chakra lines all over your body.

They were able to combine Creation of birth with the seal byakougu to get Ninja Art Creation Rebirth — Strength of a Hundred Technique,so what Am I missing here?
