The way i see it while waiting on more infos, it'd be

I think Luffy will show superiority over Law after this arc through his fight against Flamingo. Drake will appear after the Dressrosa arc(probably in the Kaido arc), so he should be stronger than dressrosa Luffy or Law in my opinion who will probably grow to reach his level. The way Zoro is portrayed, he isn't far behind Law, but at the same time Hawkins is in the top5 supernova, so i put them neck to neck. Apoo is in an alliance with Kid and Hawkins to take down a yonkou, so he shouldn't be far behind either.

Killer too represent Kid's Zoro in the crew, so i put them neck to neck until shown otherwise. Urouge didn't seem to do that bad against Killer preskip, but due to lack of relevance, i put him just below. Not much info on Capone and Bonney at the moment but since i'm not sexist, i prefer puting Bonney above Capone

I think Luffy is already the strongest among the Supernova
The way Tashigi reacted when Zoro made short work of Monet despite being in the NW with Smoker for 2 years makes me to believe the training of Luffy and Zoro took them to a level higher than the other Supernova (bar Law)
Before TS Aokiji already said in his entire career he never saw a crew that was growing so fast(they scared him).
Now take in to account that they trained their asses of for 2 years they should be ahead of the other SN who never got such praise from an admiral to begin with nor masters who are Yonko/admiral level themselves. So while the others (kid) etc are still scanning exactly how powerfull these top tiers are Luffy and Zoro already have a pretty clear understanding because they were in the presence of such for 2 years

Ugroge did the same ammount of damage to a pacifista (throwing it through a wall) as the comined M3 so assuming he grew at the same rate and knows Haki Ugroge > M3

I would argue that since X-Drake did the same ammount of damage as the Aforementioned Drake > Ugroge due to zoan resliency and military training

And for apoo While he may seem silly and his bounty low he was the only one on that island who actually hit kizaru bar and hold Raylieght. But he got merked immedatly afterwords so we can tell that he doenst have much strength but sill enough to be noted enough to save the almost murder Hawkins

And for the record luffy dog fighting the three admirals with a log and then not immedatly dying is a pretty impressive feat. The fact that luffy who was arguably one of the top 10 weakest dudes at marine ford not dying at all is a feat.

Top 3 or 4 SN are equal imo, Luffy=Law=Kidd= Drake something like that. Just because a SN may seem on par with Luffy after this arc doesn't mean that one was stronger before. They obviously grow around the same amount of time.
