Even taking into account the fact that their punches are more "focused", the damage output per unit area of their punches is less than a bijuu bomb. Need proof? It took the power of a barrage of punches from Hashirama's gargantuan Statue to break through PS, and that's roughly the minimum amount of power needed to destroy PS, since the armour was slowly flaking off. Are Sakura/Tsunade's punches as strong as the Buddha's punches? No. Therefore, nothing happens. The end.

Tbb isn't a focused concentrated attack. Its an AOE attack, huge difference.

AOE attacks, are good for wide range of destruction, while attacks like Sakura's punch are stronger for concentrated forms.

example: Rasengan = is a better AOE , Chidori = is a better concentrated.
