Sasuke and Orochimaru's clothes are ghastly, as are Sai's. Sakura is gaudy in general, as mentioned when Kishimoto called her ugly in that one interview Lol.

Naruto himself, along with Hinata. What was Kishimoto thinking by giving him an orange jumpsuit? She is the worst designed female character in the entire manga. Kushina is just as plain. Bee is such a poorly designed stereotypical character. Chouji's clan - a clan of morbidly obese people.
