Well to be honest Sasuke could earn money in so many ways but I don't think be does. He lives the rough life I think.

Since the original thread question has already received many a fine answer, allow me to tell you how Sasuke will help his family in the future.

He'll come home for 10 seconds and deliberately stub his toe in front of Salad. Girls are more emotional than guys so that should be sufficient for Salad to awaken a 3T sharingan right off the bat. How does this help his family? Well, his wife is fodder in combat so as she grows old gracefully (not really) she'll need extra security at night, and to further exacerbate the problem, Sasuke won't be at home. Thus, Salad getting 3T sharingan is a wise investment in the family's future. So yeah, that's how Sauce will help his helpless family in the future.

First of all, you are wrong about Sakura being a single mother. Sasuke was probably out on a mission doing some kind of inspection, he still lives with his family. The jump festa family portrait and mini series promotion poster suggests this.

Second, this family specifically is probably one of the richest. Sakura is the best medical ninja in Konoha, that's like being the best doctor in town, she would get loads of earnings. Also, the Uchiha were wealthy, and as the sole survivor Sasuke inherited everything, not that he needs it anyways with his insane power and abilities he can get whatever he wants with ease.

I doubt Sasuke is out doing A and S rank missions. There is no one left to fight. The 5 Great Nations are all at peace with one another.
