[Question] Do you think Law got nerfed in the fight against Doflamingo?

IMO he got nerfed bad in the fight.

Law, the man who could cut a mountain and a meteor couldn't cut up Doffy strongs

Law couls easily replace all the bullets by Doflamingo into rubble, like he did with the Marines

Law should be invincible in his room, stated by Smoker as being "Like a patient in an operating table"

Yet Doffy one shotted Law so many times. I personally think Law could have put up a much better fight. What do u guys thinK?

It didn't help that he was tired and beaten before he started fighting. Also it didn't seem like he was fighting either but buying time. At first he was using all his power to run but he got beat up during, then when he decided to fight for his life he was already at a disadvantage. Idk if Oda would have made Law win 1v1 ever anyway but he could have defended himself better and longer if he hadn't started off injured by Fujitora and gunshot wounds.

Far from getting nerfed. He took a beating from Fujitora & doffy before the fight and got shot with lead bullets shortly after. He never got one shot from Doflamingo either, he was able to put in some work as well. He was even cutting through Doffy's haki.

its manga this shit always happens. some ppl act like everything is consistent but its not, oda did a hype move with him cutting the mountain he is not going to keep him at that lvl throughout every fight. oda and other mangaka make these mistakes a lot

You need to look at what happened to Law every since his fight with Vergo to the start of the Law/Luffy vs Doffy fight. It makes sense.

i do kno what happened but im being realistic honestly law should have performed a little better, and oda made these errors b4 so i dont blame him its a minor problem but ppl make it a big deal

Not really. He took a beating from Fujitora/Doffy, had a small skirmish with Doffy on the bridge, got shot multiple times by Doffy and was placed in kairoseki handcuffs for a while.

ok dude there was another fight after that which is what im talking about. and he is a tough guy his hype is better than that he looks considerably weaker than luffy not a lot but more than what ppl expect. but to each his own u go on ahead and believe its a perfect manga

I agree, people see one amazing feat and think the character should do that all the time. Can't always goo 100%. On the flip though I do think Oda had Law show less do to his damage from Fujitora.

neither mountains nor meteors also have devil fruits to also be imbued with haki.
neither mountains nor meteors are stronger than law.
doflamingo is/has all of these things.

(i did expect more from law though, but doffy wasn't just for show, he was a badass when law was a kid, its to be expected. law just was a few years too soon)

Not really. Law was beaten down several times, and was using his powers the entire time. His power is directly proportional to his stamina, and he has very little of it left, so of course he isn't gonna be able to use his powers as effectively as he did while fresh on Punk Hazard or while he was in a better state.

sure to think about it .. you definitely got the point and it is all doing of plot.

but for just to help ourselves [the readers] -

i will state a few points to justify the manga [not true only for condolence/troll ourselves ]-

1. doffy may have used haki in bard cage strings

2. doffy's haki >> law's haki - coz doffy could tank luffy's haki [shown in manga]

3. so law couldn't cut the strings of bird cage.

1. Mountain and Meteor have yet to show possessing Haki.



2. Doflamingo is the main villain in this arc and or possible future arcs, its obvious that he will be soloeing. Its only natural in a shounen manga that even the strong characters are sidelinned for the main character to show superiorty.

3. Unfortunately, Law was already weakened & Doflamingo has a stronger haki.
