Worst Naruto character design?

From time to time it comes a thread asking what's the "coolest" or "most badass" or "hottest" design of a character... (Mine's are 6P of Pain and Tobirama btw)
But now I'll ask wich designs you felt that Kishi dropped the ball, the ones that were just too ridiculous or just plain bland.
Restrictions: Random fodder (of course he wont give too much tought on a background character)
Filler characters
And I know this will fall on deaf ears but please, PLEASE... try keeping the bashing and hate to a minimun, k?

Mine personally are:

Kitsuchi. His design is really bland and just too cartoonistic in my opinion. The huge chin and bulky formation...

Yes!! All of the Bijuu had an awesome design (except the six tails. Screw that stupid slug) but when it came to the Ten Tails, who was so hyped and looked so cool when they showed its shadow...
Biggest letdown ever...

Don't know about being "the worst", but 90% or Naruto's designs are terrible, imo.

Naruto himself, along with Hinata. What was Kishimoto thinking by giving him an orange jumpsuit? She is the worst designed female character in the entire manga. Kushina is just as plain. Bee is such a poorly designed stereotypical character. Chouji's clan - a clan of morbidly obese people.

Sakura by far and it's not even close. Her design screams Alien and Predator. Gargantuan forehead that puts Shelden Williams to shame on a bad day. I wonder how her vision functions with that huge suitcase on her head she calls a forehead. Hinata, Temari and Tenten probably put their children to sleep by telling them the tale of the forehead that has its own gravity well.

Ino and Karin seem way too cheap for me. Bee's appearance is too trivial.

OT: it's a 3 way tie between the Last Naruto, Epilogue Naruto, and Sakura

Differently from guys like Minato who proudly wore his rank on his cape, Kabuto was a goddamn spy. He wanted you to find him lame and meek. So you could unserestimate him as a loser and leave you guard open...

To be fair, we have never seen a 100%/ Final Form Juubi except as a silhouette
