Kakashi will end up sniping the 3rd Raikage with kamui, and Gai takes out Rasa with Hirudora. So that leaves Muu and Gengetsu. The mist from Mizukage's clam genjutsu can be blown back by Gai opening the 7th Gate which will reveal Gengetsu's location allowing either Gai or Kakashi to end him with Asakujaku (evaporates water body), or Raikiri (water weak against lightning). If Muu uses jinton, Minato warps it back at him with S/T barrier. If Muu uses guerilla tactics, Kakashi can summon ninken to sniff him out and reveal his location.
Konoha team wins med-high difficulty.
Can't believe I'm about to counter my own post here but screw this, Edo Kages win this high difficulty.
Muu will use his lightened-weight technique on the Third Raikage to where his shunshin is on par with V2 Ay's, faster than MS can track therefore Kakashi would not be able to snipe the Raikage since he won't be in Kakashi's line of sight. Gai opening 7th Gate won't necessarily locate the Mizukage's clam, since it can only blow back mist within a certain radius, not battlefield wide mist. Locating the clam will be especially hard when Muu can pick it up with his lightened technique and move it around the battlefield. Muu will also lighten Rasa's gold dust so it gets a speed boost, and Rasa can use it to block line of sight, preventing himself from getting warped.
So with that being said, Team 2 will have lots of trouble locating their opponents: Muu with his invisibility; Lightened Raikage with his incredibly fast shunshin; Rasa hiding behind his sand; and all of that on top of the Mizukage's genjutsu. If Minato spreads his kunais around, Rasa uses gold dust to sink them deep into the sand below making them useless. If he summons toads, Muu immobilizes them with a single touch using his weighted boulder technique (or Raikage blitzes them with Nukite). Raikage would tank Hirudora considering he tanked FRS, and he isn't getting tagged with kamui snipe. Minato doesn't have the firepower to put him down. Muu's guerilla tactics (invisible decapitation gg) can be very viable here, since the only way they could locate him is if he somehow gets sniffed out by dogs, but Raikage can easily slaughter those with nukite or Rasa buries them in gold dust. Kakashi is going to be the one taken out first, since he's much slower than Minato and Gai he can get blitzed by the Raikage or sniped by Gengetsu with a water bullet. Third Raikage alone outlasts Minato and Gai. With Rasa there to take out Minato's FTG kunais one by one, and Muu in the picture (whom neither can detect) it's a clear victory for the Kages and at worst they outlast.
