The biggest threat are Limbos that can't be perceived and Madara reacting to and taking down Tobirama with FTG. The fusion will likely have to stay intangible and teleport to escape chances of being hit. This before getting to Madara himself.

If Madara decides to use PS, he can teleport out of its attack range. He'll teleport behind PS and use Jinton to atomize the legs. Then as PS stumbles over, Jinton will be used since he can't absorb and use Suanoo at the same time. So this is going to be at very high difficulty.

Considering ET Rinnegan's abilities are limited, Bijuu said it shouldn't be able to summon the Gedo Mazou, I doubt Madara could use Limbo. Without it team one wins. Intangibility is pretty hax by itself, they can sneak in to PS easily. Even if Rinnegan counters Mu's invisibility, Madara has no way to stop them from coming closer. Since Madara isn't able to use Preta properly with regular Susano'o, with PS it should be even harder. Jinton could temporarly disable Madara and after that..

Minato was hyped at sealing.
Kamui could warp him.

Lol yep. Here are a few things Muubinato can do.

-Be completely undetectable by chakra sensors, physical sensors, and dojutsu due to invisibility + kamui phasing
-Instantly teleport between kamui and the real world with FTG
-Make shadow clones which can go invisible, and use kamui phasing. He can teleport between invisible clones, and an opponent will have no clue where he'll teleport to next because they can't see the markings.
-Food Cart Destroyer + Weighted Rock tech on the frog = crushes everything.
-Can teleport jinton behind an opponent with S/T Barrier so he can literally jinton blitz almost any opponent.
-Can split bodies with fission and keep one body in kamui just as a precaution. So if one body dies, he still can come back with another body.
-Infinite opportunities for clone feints
-Can teleport juubi size katons anywhere on the battlefield
-Great sensor + sharingan precog + incredible reaction time, a master in CQC
-Can cast genjutsu
-Can enhance jinton with senjutsu to tear through omnyoudon defense

Honestly Muubinato can pretty much solo any non rikudou character. Matter of fact, he can beat SM Hashirama, BSM Naruto, DMS Kakashi, JJ Obito, JJ Madara (with 1 eye), 8th Gated Gai, etc...
