Naruto and Sasuke moment with Hagoromo is different between them. I think that Hagoromo shows some different highlight of the past to Sasuke.

What we saw most of the time in manga were Hagoromo highlight to Naruto but not Sasuke.

Maybe he shows a glimpse of Indra and Ashura fight to Sasuke but not to Naruto. Because Sasuke need to know more about their ancestor Indra and why Indra become like that.

Thats mean Sasuke saw Indra most powerful attack that is Indra arrow and copy him in battle with Naruto.

It's his arrow. Sauke's just borrowing it, and as for the "old technique" it's not like sasuke hasn't done it b4. He copied madara's iso susanno just by hearing hashirama talking about it. So its entirely possible he did the same when Harogomo told him about the war between his sons.

That was an asspull what sasuke did, sasuke wasn't really strong enough to defeat naruto w/o using TB chakra, so kishi had to create some asspull jutsu at the last minute and name it Indra's arrow out of nowhere.

Sasuke is far too weak without some kind of plot device to stand up against Naruto. So he not only needed the strength of the Bijuu and a magical new attack that he pulled out of his behind, but the best it could do was stalemate with a TBB FRS.

Secondly, there is no proof that Indra's arrow being used by Indra is on the same level as Sasuke using it.

He received his powers directly from hagoromo, and not diluted over the years or a fraction of his chakra after he died.
