How many rasenshurikens will it take down the Hashirama Buddha?

The anime shows it only as smoke..A Rasenshuriken combined with Yasaka beads was used to take down Edo Nagato's CT so it's not a mountain buster

I remember Kid writing an analysis on the technique itself a while ago. I am pretty sure it is some sort of mountain buster, considering what it did to Kakuzu in it's standard form leaving a crater when he was sent flying right afterwards.

Technically the FRS has to be enhanced in some way, as Naruto's regular chakra was not enough to keep it encased and stable, so he had to encase it in Senjutsu chakra and later Kyuubi chakra.

Technically all jutsu are enhanced.. so lets not bring in technicalities.

This is the best the FRs attacks were depicted best in the manga.Although it's impressive it can't take down a mountain.

All rasengan related techs = enhanced

All chidori and elemental techs = enhanced

All kkg techs are enhanced..

Use senjutsu with all.. they get enhanced.. use kurama's chakra with all.. they get enhanced. For hells sake.. even genjutsu can be enhanced..


The OP stated, standard rasenshuriken. Which is by Naruto's own chakra.

Add Senjutsu chakra, the fireball will become a bigger tech and a stronger one. Unless you don't know how Senjutsu works.

Senjutsu will enhance any ninjutsu technique, along with taijutsu.

So it would take many hundreds or thousands of base rasenshuriken to take down Shinshuusenju.

I was referring to a thrown rasenshuriken's inability to be "base" or "standard" because it requires enhancements of some kind to work when thrown.

You're talking about Sage Mode enhancing whatever it is used with, which is true, but irrelevant to what I'm saying.

You made it sound as if all techniques are inherently amplified just by being themselves.

By enhancement you mean, just adding the nature of the user's chakra? Well thats what rasenshuriken is. To say enhancement , would be to add more than just elemental chakra and Naruto's normal chakra.

I wouldn't consider adding wind nature chakra to be an enhancement.
