Kimimaro isn't needed here but if we're including him Kakashi loses by virtue of being capable of only using raikiri four times in a day. He has nothing else in his arsenal that will cause the sounds any problems and he only has 1 raikiri shot for each sound member. If he somehow managed to waste 4 of them he'd be out of chakra and he'd be food for whichever sound member was left to murder his fodder ass.
