How strong is base Naruto from the last?

Base Naruto and Base Sasuke in the Manga were powerful enough to destroy Madara and Hashirama's statues completely with a mere combination of Rasengan and Chidori. That means that their Ninjutsu, even when in Base, has gotten a massive boost due to Hagoromo's power, cause not even BM Naruto's Mini Bijuu Dama is that strong let alone a mere Rasengan. That means Base Naruto's Rasen Shuriken would get a massive boost, probably pushing it close to a SM Rasen Shuriken.

Then there's the fact that 2 years have passed and they are much stronger than they were before. W/ Hagoromo's power and a mere full Kurama BSM, he was able to take out Toneri, despite him not using his Avatar against Toneri and despite Toneri having Rikudo powers. Sasuke's Chidori grew to a level where it could take out Hokage Mountain sized meteors, imagine Naruto's growth, and then apply that to his Base Rasen Shuriken. It should be stronger than his SM Rasen Shuriken.

SM still has the firepower advantage due to larger FRS, but Naruto has homing FRS, he has full Kurama to lend him chakra whenever he wants, and he's fueled by Rikudo's chakra while SM Naruto just has Senjutsu Chakra.

The consensus here is that base Naruto during the Last is at least as good as Sage Mode Naruto from the Manga, with some suggesting he's as good as Rikudou Sage Mode Naruto from the Manga, though the latter is quite a bit outrageous, if ye ask me.

Now for my personal educated opinion:
1. His fighting style has drastically improved. He no longer wastes 99.9% of his chakra on shadow clones at the start of every fight.
2. His ninjutsu skill has increased drastically, letting him do things in base that he used to require KCM and clones for, in the case of the multiple FRS.
3. He removed Toneri's chakra ball from Hinata with a quick chakra swipe.
4. He 'flew' without RSM,
5. His chakra control is further refined to the point that he could precisely control the direction of chakra flow inside a rasengan (instead of random, alternating, scrambled flow that it normally is), which he used to pull off a rasengan hydro-jet.
