How strong is base Naruto from the last?

Question says it all, like, who is the strongest person he can beat while strictly in base?

The Last base Naruto is basically a stronger version of pein arc SM naruto imo. Since he can throw RS in base, I'd say he can beat any that pein arc SM Naruto could beat and potentially anyone war sm naruto could beat.

Well, that's hard to say. The feat that stands out is that he can use a single handed FRS in base, which he can control the direction of as he throws it (making it all the more difficult to avoid)

And he can fly in base

Never saw that in the movie. He even used shadow clones as stepping stones, so it's doubtful.

When he was in KCM he was flying and near the end with Hinata he was also flying in base.
