Sakura's actual Taijutsu ability is pitiful. Being able to punch hard doesn't make one skillful in Taijutsu. Naruto and Sasuke in base have far better technique and are faster than her, so she would never even touch them.

Common sense: Sakura is superior to non-rikudou enhanced naruto and sasuke at base. The writer put her on the level of EMS Sasuke ( non- PS) , and BM Naruto....
