who's the most evil?

Based on their actions, their motivations and overral personality who would you say is more evil?
1.Prewar orochimaru: who was thirsty of knowledge and power and he didnt care whom he destroyed in his way
2.yagami light: an originally good guy, corrupted by the power of the deaht note and with a god complex.
3.johan from monster: cruel , cunning charming, he proves no emotion at all.
