How...? The Buddha is many, many, many times bigger than the Uchiha hideout that Kirin canonically destroyed. It would take the bare minimum of at least 15-20 and that's pushing it.
Are we talking current sauce or fodder sauce from way back when kirin?

His susanoo hand chidori has about the same destructibility of Kirin foo.

We're talking about whatever Kirin showed. Kirin doesn't scale from the power of the user. It's completely dependent on how hot the clouds are to create more lightning. Sasuke is 100 tiers above his Hebi self, but that doesn't change the power of Kirin since it's not made of chakra.
