Your Thoughts on the New Kendrick Album

Personally I am absolutely loving it. Funk, jazz and the illest raps makes this album an instant classic?

imo Institutionalized, Alright, King Kunta, For Sale, Momma ... there's really so many and I can't narrow it down to one or two yet..

I'm listening to it now, I'm halfway through. Very emotional, the type of album where you can really feel what the artist is trying to portray more than usual with rap. I like the funk/blues/jazz vibe to his raps. Very different from GKMC but in a good way. Definitely gonna be a classic for years to come for me.

It's pretty good but I don't think its a classic tbh I'm a little disappointed. The songs I do like is Momma, U, Alright, How much a dollar cost, and my favorite is Hood Politics.

It has a different feel from it so I don't blame you. i feel like it's the kind of album that grows on you too. I already enjoy so far so I imagine I'll like it a whole lot in the next couple of weeks.

Not really. The hype for Coles album was far far less than the hype for Kendricks and Coles was better.

If anything Kendrick was over hyped because this album is not only lesser than GKMC but even Drakes mixtape is better than it.

booo. Jokes I liked J Cole's album as well but a 7 is a bit low for such an ambitious, tasteful album.
