It was suppose to bring back the injured area to the point where it's no longer damaged .The Blood was visible even from the jacket which means a fair amount of blood actually dropped from sakura for it to be visible .I know It's too much logic for you but damn try to keep up.Lol

2. I'm aware that Madara's rod negates all ninjutsu but would it then make sense for Sakura's chakra operated regenerative to resume after Naruto removed the Rod?

shikamaru didn't have any wounds, abrasians or hemorrhaging when Tsunade approached him.
He was depleted of chakra, a result of coming into contact with the God tree.
(He even made an attempt to stand up).

Tsunade accelerated Shikamaru's recovery by transferring chakra to him. She didn't preform mystical palm, emergency treatment or preform anything medical. She just transferred chakra accelerating his recovery or returning him back to a suitable sate.

Still an assumption, while I am not saying that you have no grounds for your assumption it still can't be taken as anything more than an assumption.

Asuma in his prime is nothing compared to hiruzen, even when hiruzen was old. Being in prime doesn't guarantee being better than another person who is past their prime.

Well Asuma/ Hiruzen is a special case. Speaking of which chapter 700 Tsunade was older than Old hiruzen.
Moreover the gap between war arc Sakura and Tsuna wasn't that wide either.

The only problem here now is feats for EOS Sakura. Even though she may not have any in the Last movie, her development and strength could be scaled to that of K11 in the last whom she was above even war arc.
My point being EOS Sakura being >>>> War arc Sakura.

Shikamaru had naruto's chakra cloak around him, why would tsunade transferring chakra suddenly help when he had all the chakra he needed around him?

If he needed chakra, sakura could have easily transferred it to him instead of trying to heal him. Sakura isn't a fool she would easily recognized the problem. Those panels were clearly drawn to show that tsunade was superior to sakura.

Mystic palm isn't the only way to heal, tsunade was able to heal sasuke's shattered mind when itachi hit him with tsukuyomi by merely touching his forehead. Or are you going to say that wasn't medical either?
