Medical ninja can't try what Sakura dose because they don't have the skill and they know it. Lady Chiyo Shizune and Kabuto are prime examples. Stealing DNA to boost your previous power isn't skill. It may be skill in manipulating genetics and DNA but the actual result they are looking for isnt their own skill they trained for. Sakura and tsunade didn't steal DNA

I think of it as a big achievement. Especially for her. How can a girl from a normal (fodder) family surpass Tsunade; a Senju/Uzumaki blessed with huge amounts of chakra and a very strong body (vitality)? I think of that as very hard competition, even if it's one person.

This whole normal girl thing is overrated. The last time I checked Jiriyia was a normal ninja with no valuable background. He was still on the same level as Tsunade. Orochimaru was a normal ninja who researched on many jutsues to get stronger. Just like that Kabuto and Minato to. There is absolutly nothing restricting these characters from being well known ninja. Not sure why this arguement is used for Sakura?

Because it's not stated anywhere in the manga that she actually "surpassed" Tsunade. She only 'succeeded' her when she 'retired', and even then, she only went on to become the 'lead doctor', in "KONOHA".

Last I checked, KONOHA does not equate to the world.

People put Kabuto ahead of Sakura, because he actually has strong feats beyond medical ninjutsu, but are in the same category. Let's refer to the real world names of the things he is:

First and foremost, a doctor. He was the de-facto proxy to everything Orochimaru did, even during his fight against the other two Sannin. A doctor so good, he was helping out even his enemies in need (Chunin Exam, healing Hinata). He was an archeologist, digging up corpses of the long dead for their DNA. A Pathologist for the same purpose. An Anthropologist, discovering what Madara had hoped for, and giving him everything he desired, at a prime age. A Genealogist, Neorologist, whatnot. He was practically an all-in-one, and a master at everything, who wasn't given the credit he deserved.

Of course, Sakura is some is some of those things as well, and Naruto is even fewer, and their individual skill varies in different things.

I'd put Kabuto > Sakura > Fodder Medical Ninja > Naruto in being doctors. double the >s for my view on being scientists.

But then again, Naruto, in spite of not knowing how to explain, knew enough to pull off a full stem-cell transplantation, so that's the biggest medical ninjutsu feat in the manga for his credit.

Will he surpass Sakura in medical knowledge? Probably not. However, his healing potential (to other people) has been shown to be far greater as it pretty much breaks reality healing people. Also, having RSM gives him incredibly chakra knowledge/mastery. By definition, it would be very easy for him to learn the processes behind medical ninjutsu.(though not the scientific parts, unless Adult Naruto is smarter, which I think is quite possible)
