madara vs gai was just too full up time untill sasuke& naruto where back.
Madara could've easily use limbo on gai and use his gudodama to attack .
Lee would make no difference was madara not restrixted

No he couldn't have changed the outcome. Madara can't die just from taijutsu (even at that ridiculous level) he needs to be sealed away in order to lose.
As Sasuke demonstrated, even cutting him in half did NOTHING to him, he still used Kamui and regenerated it all back.

Madara was just enjoying the battle but he wasn't fighting back against Gai . I'm sure he wouldn't do that again !

I think Madara would have to go on the offensive. He could have flown higher up and used Bijuudama / meteors, or used limbo clones. He really didn't fight back against Guy; it was all a game of whether or not Guy could land a hit, and Madara repeatedly underestimated him.

Then why would he state that Gai almost killed him?
He even stated open fear of being hit by Gai's attacks.

Godara wanted to see the power of the red steam. He was never in any trouble, he smiled laughed and enjoyed it too much plus he was immortal he would have just regenerated.
If its two 8 gates users he would have tried more to be offensive, he didn't even try against naruto and sasuke who both were more powerful than gai and they faced a more powerful version of Godara.

Madara wasn't on the offensive because he couldn't be gai was too fast and strong. Lol lee 8 gates along with gai would've ended madara

Madara could only manage to defend himself, that is why he did not attack back. Also (like it was stated above), Madara openly claimed he could not take a direct hit from Gai. Lee probably wouldn't have changed the outcome though. Assuming Lee was as proficient with the 8th Gate as Gai, then Madara would have been sodomized. If not, Lee doesn't change anything.
