Ranton is a kkg which requires the use of suiton and raiton chakra together. The defining traits of storm chakra is that it has a lot of energy like raiton but it is also very flexible like suiton. Storm release is a kkg from kumogakure. It can be used to make laser beams which can twist around or it can be used to make electrically charged clouds. It is strong to katon and doton cuz of the raiton and suiton chakra I think. It is weak to futon since in laser form the wind stop stops it like the lightning and in cloud form the clouds are just blown away. Notable users include darui and omui I think it was? Haha.

Anyway this training is going to be more about Storm then the actual jutsus. There are only 3 canon jutsus, storm is open for CJs but you need to have the vast knowledge for it. Anyway lets begin with what I like most about storm. Its two main forms.

Creating Storm Clouds
Create Storm Lasers

Both move extremely fluidly and are the same with weakness and strength. The lasers are much more fast and move fluidly, kinda like lightning jutsus but with the form and movement of water. While clouds move fluidly like water but with electricity moving along the body of the cloud. The cloud can easily engulf the a person completely. Now since you have the basis.

What will happen if I hit someone with a Laser? And what will happen if someone gets hit by some storm clouds?

Well I think that the lasers would burn through things because of the high energy, but I think that the clouds would just give a quick zap that would knock someone out.
Just thought of a couple cj ideas. Hope I remember them. XD

Storm in general is energy based, no actual solidity to it. Lasers might be considered more solid but it acts just as energy based as the regular clouds. There will be shocked marks in all spots as well, whether hit with lasers or clouds. Overall the difference of storm clouds and lasers is not exactly that vast. However, lasers would act to be kinda more like lightning, where it would pierce through an opponent and shock them, while clouds might instead be more on the water side, where it can engulf an opponent body or limbs delivering shocking pain. So overall the effects mainly remain the same, its how it is done. Of course when making customs for storm release, you can vary the intensity of the shock. It can be something small to wear it can numb an opponent, or be some powerful it can completely shock/burn an opponent. Ranks and type of jutsu used is where it depends. That is the beauty of storm release, it has the mobility of water with the attacking capability of lightning.

With that being said, lets get the small parts over with.

Why is storm weak against wind and water?
Why is storm strong against earth and fire?
And why is it neutral against lightning?

After you explain that, I will tell you exactly how they react when they make contact so we can progress smoothly.

It's weak to wind in cloud form because it can easily carry them off with the wind. The lightning strikes from the clouds are weak against wind of course. I suppose the lasers are weak to wind as well since they are a lot like lightning. I suppose the cloud form is weak to water because water is more solid and can knock it around? Eh I'm not sure why water. It's strong against earth because the raiton part of storm pierces through everything. I suppose everything except for the lightning strikes are strong against fire because of the suiton chakra. It's neutral against lightning because storm mostly uses aspects of raiton in that it is mostly energy based.

The water part mainly cause of how it can neutralize the lightning within the storm. Always remember, the water portion creates storm base of movement and creation, the lightning section is its offensive and overall purpose with the element. One can't work without the other, but they tend to work well together. That means storm can come out of thin air, which is pretty wicked.

Now, clap your hands together, and channel your water and lightning chakra together into your hands, combining the two elements will essentially create the storm element, release it forward, when this happens, keep it condensed and under control. If done right, a bright blue light should shine.

He focuses on molding some chakra to make it calm and flexible like water while molding some more chakra to be sharp and powerful like lightning in order to create suiton and raiton chakra. He sends both kinds of chakra into is clapped together hands. Wan sends the chakra out, forward, mixed together. He concentrates on shaping the chakra to be focused and controlled.

ALIGHT GREAT GREAT !!!

Now do me a favor and hold onto that bright light, keep concentration, and when you are ready, release countless amounts of Lasers. They will shoot out in a fluid and elastic manner, however that can be guided, be sure to rip up the surrounding trees.

Focusing on maintaining the energy, Wan, I mean Simon, creates several lasers to come out of the blue light. He controls these lasers so that they swerve around into the trees where they pierce through and cause several trees to fall down.

Good z.z now release storm chakra everywhere out of your body in a omnidirectional manner, condense the chakra and manipulate it into storm clouds. Release some electricity and begin to shape the clouds into rings.

Alright I've reviewed everything and I'm feeling hyped about having storm be my primary bio specialty. Sorry about my disappearance.

Simon focuses gathering his chakra and he molds some to be sharp and full of energy into raiton type chakra and some to be cool and flexible like water into suiton chakra. He focuses on releasing the chakra together out into the air and forms the water to create thick clouds hanging in the air around Simon. Simon shapes the raiton into electricity to flow around in the dark charged clouds and separates the clouds to make three rings of them around himself.
