Sometimes I sit and contemplate,
On how things would be.
If we could just say how we feel,
Those words that set us free.
To be free and to be who we are,
Walk trough each day at a time.
And to never ever regret one bit;
Everything we leave behind.
To be able to say what's on our soul,
And to accept people as they are.
To distinguish all yes from no's,
Laugh warmly or let tears flow.
We are who we are,
No matter what anyone says,
No one can make our destiny,
Let alone make our day.
