No.

She doesn't have adequate base chakra reserves. She'd run out of chakra that's stored in her Yin Seal and then what? It take another three years for her to have enough chakra to use these artefacts for 'X' minutes?

Her intelligence translates well into medical-ninjutsu - not weaponry, kenjutsu, sealing, and general capability in battle. She sucks on the battlefield in any role beyond medical-ninjutsu - she has no common sense when it comes to strategy, into how she fights.

Tenten has the technical skills to use them - but lacks the chakra.
Even if Sakura had an infinite amount of chakra - that wouldn't change the fact she lacks the technical skill required.

From a chakra standpoint, she'd have enough to use them with her seal full. However, three of the tools work as a group: the Crimson Gourd, the Seven Star Sword, and the Golden Canopy rope. It would be difficult to balance the handling of all three weapons in combat with only one person; Kinkaku and Ginkaku each worked in tandem to utilize their powers to the fullest. These tools also don't match with her style of fighting, and she's never shown to be overly proficient in weapon usage.

The Banana Palm Fan would be more suited for her though, and she could likely use that fairly well.
