Kisame of course does not use things like Water Dome right off the bat. I feel like Orochimaru has the edge first, but then it slowly goes to Kisame as the battle goes on. The main tool Orochimaru has I would think, would be the giant snakes and Manda.
And I wonder how Kisame would deal with the Zetsu spores.

No ET, medium difficulty for Kisame. He's just too much for Orochimaru. But with ET it's an obvious stomp for Oro.

Water Dome is useless, since Orochimaru can simply Mayfly out of it, making Kisame waste his chakra if he decides to keep it up. Orochimaru outclasses Kisame in every single field, bar maybe chakra reserves. And even that is not necessarily true, since Zetsu Oro has his reserves greately enhanced.

What? Zetsu needs a physical link to utilize the jutsu.

It was a zetsu clone wasn't it? It probably didn't know it needed a link. Or whatever idk he needs a physical link though like he did with Yamato.

It really depends but Orochimaru can maybe win with Hydra. Kisame?

- GSB has to be aimed at the width and not the body length to affect the snakes.

- Kisame has clones that share the same Taijutsu as him as well as techniques.

- Poison is a problem but Samehada can help him or rather the water Kisame creates in the environment can make the blood poison ineffective by diluting it.

-water/elemental clones don't have the same effectiveness as shadow clones. they are just a fractional chakra jutsu, in essence a throw away nature release. thats why neji off-paneled the & sasuke destroyed zabuzas.
meanwhile oro has many-snake-hands & shin_kusanagi & dem giant snakes...

-gsb isn't doing anything to the hydra w/o some kind of feats

-poison becomes dangeous when your only way of winning is cqc-grappling

People don't realize how OP that jutsu is because it was trolled Lol all 1000 of those sharks will rip and tear and chomp at the hydra which is a sitting duck which has shown nothing but physical attacks

Those water clones can use high leveled techniques...Zabuza's clone destroyed Sasuke. It was when he split it more that they weren't as strong and that could have been a surprise since a water clone beat the hell out of Sasuke

Kisame's suiton even when not in WD means that most of them will be under the surface of the water, especially since they'll be dropped from such a height while the sharks are already created above it. Also I'm not so sure, the sharks are already created in wave like formation which means crashing down on the snakes could win them that battle.
