Curse seal's influence is the reason it changed colour back then, that does not change the fact that it also changed colour when he infused his CHidori with Hagoromo's chakra.

Black panther's case is unknown, given that it was never explained why it's black, but the most logical explanation is that it could be a similar case to how Mei's & Roshis's Lava style produced magma, yet when we saw Dodai's and Kurotsuchi's usage, they produced lime/rubber. Or , just like Sasuke CM, it could be influenced by an outside power, like nature chakra. Also, jutsus don't need to conform to such things, given what we saw from Tsunade or Jiraiya.
