The color given to her chakra in the anime shouldn't be relevant, there are many other similar contradictions, like Naruto's FRS, Hinata's hair color, Naruto's cloak was different too, etc.
And if we consider Toneri's reaction to Hinata's chakra, why wouldn't we consider Naruto and the others lack of surprise to Hinata's new powers? No one, not even herself seemed to find her chakra color out of place.
