Individual = entire base mindset.

Hey guys. I noticed many people address the entire Xbase once an individual from whichever base annoyed them, rustled them or just plain won an argument in the debate.

Why is that? If a single person makes a, for example, a retarded claim, why is automatically thought that every member of that base has to somehow think alike?

The fact of the matter is that each and every base has its good and bad members. With that being said, I'm all for treating a member from whichever base with respect if he shows basic human decency and lack of bias (this could be purely subjective but bear with me).

You could label one "a faptard", for example, but you just can't keep it up if he proves to be reasonable. Do any of you feel the same or is the name of this topic true?

Not everyone thinks with that mindset, but the problem is that one individuals opinion might stem from something that was said by multiple people's opinion in the fan base (I.E. Kamui is uncounterable by multiple Obito fans but the manga has already shown overwhelming speed counters absorption).

OT - Because that's what fanbases do. For example I remember I made a thread about how Obito would defeat Itachi and there was this one guy who said "Obito needs Bijuu or Rikudo Chakra and Itachi still negs" and then you replied to him saying "People don't see the irony in that"
