You're also omitting the fact that

Again, a bunch of smaller human sized portions of Katsuyu against a non focused version of CST, meaning that the damage they took was spread out more or less evenly along its surface rather than all at one point. Not comparable to Hirudora. You're still insinuating that because it tanked a non focused version of CST while it was divided into human sized portions means that it can withstand all attacks in its usual normal size, which is still wrong.

Tsunade is going to have to summon Katsuyu at the same time Gai is going through the process of unlocking Keimon, or else she'll get blitzed before she can summon Katsuyu. Also, Gai can still just ignore Katsuyu and go over it to engage Tsunade in that scenario you just painted; he's not an idiot.

Gai's speed is tiers above Tsunade...being able to go toe to toe with a Juubi Jin proved it pretty well so Tsunade is never gonna react in time & Hirudora one shots so yeah Gai wins easily...
