I'm no doctor (Also note I forget bits of the kage vs Madara fight) but the brain is more important than the spinal injury she sustained from those scans. If a disk in your spine slips your paralyzed from that point down usually. With the rapid cell regeneration it could've just healed quicker or something. Either way Sakura is still human and things like pain should be able to knock her out. The amount of time she's KO'd should depend on the severity of the method imo.

Because there is a constant flow of chakra all over your body and you basically become super human when Byakugo is activated. Something like having your spine crushed doesnt stop you at all.

Damage you take is lessened in a way or hardly affects you as your body is moving so fast to heal it.

it wouldn't last long, as the concussion/trauma would revert, but the fight is already lost when 1 ninja gets a free shot on a visibly uncoscious opponent.
U can't heal trauma before it happens.

likewise, sakura can't heal from/stalemate amaterasu/acid mist until she is completely free of the offending agent. otherwise she'll burn into ashes/mushy goo

Well some things can knock her out like drowning or lack of oxygen, but with the byakigou activated you won't get knocked out easily.

Pretty sure she could, while she may be capable of shrugging off things such as concussions, keep hitting her hard enough and making her body work more and more and it'll cave. I'd say byakugo is on par with Movie Wolverine's healing factor, basing it off of the fact that movie Wolverine can be knocked out and will pass out if drowned, I'd say byakugo would be the same.

But it dosen't mitigate pain. As seen when she slapped the fireballs away(flinched afterwards) and when she pulled the sword outta her stomach(doubled over and coughed up blood) if the pain is too the user is still adding out.

mayb isnt proof or evidence. exaustion isnt an excuse, you can either break it or you cant, its based more on skill than chakra. she still had her seal active so chakra wasnt an issue. she is not breaking out of sasukes Rin genjutsu easily so take that out of here.
