If there's a line, I'll cross it,
Because it was drawn, and I'm so curious.
Any borders or walls, I'll traverse them;
Because I'm always awestruck, though it may be a curse.
If there's a demon that blocks my path
I'll smolder him to ashes because he wants me,
To do things that I don’t want to;
Still I do them anyway because I’m obtuse.
If there's any obstacle that stands in my way,
I'll just walk around it, I'll just walk away.
Because I'm tired and this shell is too hard,
To crack, like a nut, without a tool to start.
You see this brain, I'll take it out,
Because it’s clouding the issue and I'm beginning to doubt;
That I really know anything, anything at all,
With broken wings, as I fall and fall.
Matter is pathetic, flesh is futile, I am waiting
To be set free from me, from this existence incomplete.
