No Ichigo is Echt race same blood as Yhwach . Uryuu being Impure Quincy to survive the Holy selection has got his hand on him !! He is perhaps the last one other than Ryuuken Ishida .

What about Masaki ? You are partly right about it . But Aushwaheln makes Quincy weak fodder . Those who are already weak from battle dies from this selection .
