Naruto Tier List (New and Improved)

I'm updating my Tier list from before and I'm taking some of the Criticism I had and I'm using it to improve it. All characters are in order until Tier 15. I'm guessing where Indra and Ashura are on this Tier List. It will feature multiple versions of Characters.

If you disagree with my list tell me why and I'll try to fix my list.

Agreed.

Sandaime Raikage, Danzo(granting him KA) and SM Jiraiya could all move up in to that combined tier as well, IMO.

The Guys In Tier Two really outclass him and Sasuke outclasses the guys in Tier 4 by a Good Marijn so he's got his own tier.

Really? I personally feel DMS Kakashi can take him out. He performed far better against Kaguya

DMS Kakashi can probably put up a fight against Sasuke during the Kaguya fight even though I doubt Kakashi would win however once Sasuke got used to his Rinnegan he really outclasses him.

BSM Naruto ran through an attack that can split the Moon in Half and he left a big ass crater when he punched Toneri across the Moon. By the way it was BSM Naruto with Full Kurama with some Sage of Six Paths Chakra mixed in there,

If i recall he never got used to it in the manga though, and it was talking about a certain preta path ability. Not sure if it would totally influence the fight against DMS Kakashi who possess phasing abilities

Considering he has Telekinesis, Chakra Mode, Truth Seeking Balls and can casually split the Moon in half and cause it to crash down on earth. Yeah he's above DMS Kakashi by a large Marijn.

He was using telekinesis? I thought he was using deva path. But yeah i agree.
