Hidan was moving with two swords in his stomach. Electrocution is not doing anything. One scratch and its done. It will take Darui longer to figure out Hidans' ritual plus Hidan will be injuring him. He will go for the leg first at least, already slowing Darui down.

We don't know much about his immortally, but when he feels pain he should be also prone to electricity.

Even that's debatable since kakazu had to remind him about the pain of getting his head chopped off yet he's more focused on getting his hair pulled. Of the fact that multiple stabs don't even slow him down in the slightest.

Maybe his regeneration is just better than normal people´s.

I said that black lightning had the capacity of paralyzing ca.20 zetsus which means that when one black lightning panther hits hidan ,the concentration of that technique all goes to 1 single person and i doubt he is able to tank it without any diff.

But you convinced me about the part that darui would take it even without paralyzing hidan.
Even if hidan manages to get a bit of daruis blood, he has to preform the whole ritual with his weird symbol, darui is to fast to let him finish his ceremony.

He is immortal and has very good regeneration feats, he kinda enjoys pain, but he feel it real.
I still believe that his body moves like every other human body and when he gets paralyses by the black lightning panther his muscles should cramp like the Zetsus did. He may enjoy this, too, but i doubt he will be able to move his limbs.

I don't think water amplifies electricity, it only conducts it.

The primary factor at play as to why it is easier to get shocked when water is involved is that water, being a liquid, spreads over the surface of and into the nooks and crannies of your skin much better than contact with a solid would, thus increasing the surface exposure of your skin to the electric shock.

I already explained why that can't be true. He shouldn't be able to speak with his head chopped off. There's no spine for electric signals of the brain to travel through.

Hidan obviously feels pain, he just enjoys it and it doesn't hinder him at all. So pain isn't a deterrent

I think there is no physical explanation why hidan was able to talk while his head and body were separated.
Its due to Praising lord jashin and he gives hidan somehow immortality, but we don't know really what this immortality contains else.
You could be right. I reread the chapters of his fight with asuma, where asuma burned them both with his katon, but hidan was not affected by the flames instead of Asuma, who's face got burns.

Maybe he is even resistant against all elements, that could be also a point why he got partnered with Kakuzu.
We have no clear prove, but you convinced me. However, Darui still wins this due to speed and kenjutsu.
Ranton laser circus and black panther are still attacks which can push hidan away/to the ground.

Even if hidan is able to scratch Darui he has to preform the whole ritual:
-tasting daruis blood
-stabbing his hand
-drawing the weird cycle (this takes a long time)
Darui who showed very good speed feats won't let hidan finish his ceremony.
Raiton infused sword will cut the rope of the scythe and the scythe itself and any other weapon hidan has to offer.

Darui wins. Hidan is a threat without intel. However, that's really only a threat against a CQB only fighter. Needles to say, once Darui uses his ranged jutsus and realizes that Hidan isn't going down, he'll begin to understand that he's immortal. Then, he'll combine powerful jutsus with following up with severing Hidan's head. And yes, he's prone to paralysis. He has a working nervous system. Disregarding things like talking without lungs, he can't control his body if his head's removed. Therefore, his body does indeed rely on nerves to work.
