- Katon/Fuuton combo's linear AoE is barely enough to disperse an
- Gengetsu can create water clones and have them all snipe the hearts with Mizudeppou or Double Mizudeppou within the genjutsu if Kakuzu brings them out.
- Kakuzu can't coat his entire body in Domu and attack at the same time, so all Gengetsu has to do is wait until Domu deactivates to attack him.
- Jōki Bōi would throw him around like the rag doll he already is, and is fast enough to sidestep Gian, his fastest attack.
- Jiongu threads are null before Hydrification.
Gengetsu mid-high diff.

Kakuzu doesn't even have notable tacking skills to begin with, so tracking the clam and snapping out of the Mizukage's genjutsu is completely out of question.
The only mask that will be harder to take down is the Earth mask, but Earth Spear isn't permanent nor continuous, so eventually Kakuzu will be vulnerable. If it comes to that, Steam Imp does the job and destroys it.
Kakuzu doesn't even have notable tacking skills to begin with, so tracking the clam and snapping out of the Mizukage's genjutsu is completely out of question.

The only problem here is the mist. Raiton gian one hits this guy but the mist provides ample time to spawn clones that are hard to distinguish. If Kakuzu's fuuton can disperse the mist briefly enough for Kakuzu to then land a hit on Gian than Kakuzu can take it. People understimate gian due to the fact that Kakashi had already known it was coming before the fuuton was even activated. But it is pretty damn fast.
The katon and fuuton combo would evaporate this guy, but IC with manga intel he wouldn't use it right away.
If the battle ends quickly Hozuki takes it, if not Kakuzu wins
