Sasori in Hiroku remains too stationary and keeps people at bay with his needles and tail. None of that matters against his opponent so Heaven Kick of Pain ends him.

In scenario 2, Tsunade can bring out at least 50% of Katsuyu and that should be large enough to wipe him out in one shot.

She's only summoned 10% at the most in her fight against Orochimaru.

She should have enough chakra to do it when she releases her seal. She healed Gaara Onoki and Mei back to fighting form when they were out of chakra which took a lot because these aren't people with average chakra reserves, they all have a considerable big amount to tango with 5 Madara as long as they did.

She used a good portion when she arrived when she regenerated from Maubi teleport, then she had Byakugou active for a while constantly using chakra to heal her self. Even after that she still had enough to put Jinton on mega mode.

Its not farfetched at all to assume a fresh Tsunade releasing her seal has enough power to summon at least 50% of it.

Her not doing it doesn't mean she can't. That's like me asking you why didn't Obito warp Naruto when he was napping in the hotel? He was completely fresh but still didn't do it. I guess that means Obito can't warp Base Naruto because right after that he went to ask the Kage to hand Naruto over to him.


The answer to both those questions are obviously plot.

Her feats from war arc easily backs up that she can summon a portion greater than 5-10% and anything bigger than the one she used against Orochimaru (from scaling it was 10%) will beat Sasori.

Too bad poison attacks the cells, organs, and muscles so if she's healing from that damage then the poison is not affecting her.

Too bad that a scratch from Sasori's poison stays on your system for three hole days (the time it takes to completely kill you). So she will be activelly wasting her Byakugo with a single scratch of poison.
