I globbally agrre, but the point about her hitting madara, It was a bunshin, and if not the rinnegan bonus, madara would have been dust with the combo naruto clone+gaara.

Other than that, a big yes, she shown she deserved her title of Hokage.

Well basing ouself just with the movie is irrevelant. It's like basing our judgement of tsunade crisis management with only pein attack. And in that point, even though she made a good job healing people, her "arrogance" in front of pein brough the village to a mess.
It would have been unfair to judge her with only that, so it's unfair too to judge Kakashi when we saw a single fragment of his job.

Well "technically", only her battle experience is way above sakura.
Logically, by the fall of events, Sakura shouldn't have been able to use the forbidden secret technique of Byakugou since it requires a full mastering of the seal. A seal she just unlocked a few hours before.

But with the facts we have, even though they are questionnable to some point, Other than battle experience who is in favor of tsunade. In pure mathematical weaponery, they have the same weapons.

Healing abilities: Both. Tsunade have more exp and use them better, but until now, she didn't shown a feat in that domain that sakura didn't used.
Byakugou: Both have them.
Summoning: Both.

They have the same weapons.
But Tsunade is better by battle experience and a better mastering of abilities.
