Unforgotten​

The world has shattered
Before my eyes, i see
The darkness reach beyond
The sky.

It claims my tears, it
Claims my smiles. It
Holds my love in a
Sealed off vile.

With broken wings i fall
From grace, a damaged
Figure of a namless face.

The ones you loved have
Left these shores, they
Were taken away like a
Flame in a storm.

You wish to see their
Smiles again, but ash is all
Thats left to claim.

The pain will fade, but memory
Will linger, remember their
Names and speak them with
Vigor

Ones that are lost, and
Ones that are found,
Remember them all,
For your time is quickly
Gone.​
