Kuruma is hardest to hold and require the chakra and life force of Uzumaki to handle it.

No but Gaara was partially insane from being unable to tame the weakest bijuu and children had died prior to him. Killer Bee was chosen after the other jinchuuriki candidates had died because they were too weak to tame 8tails.

Meanwhile Uzumakis had someone for each generation capable of taming the strongest bijuu without the trial and error process.
