Before the cloak she was not able to perform the seal. But because of the cloak she was able to take chakra from it and channel to her seal. So it will take sometime from that momment until sasuke arrives to activate the seal. That will be scenario 1, which is better excuse for sakura with nejii death and not using 100% her skill for the war.
Scenario 2 which is stupid because she save her skill to show off to sasuke. Note that the time btw neji death until sasuke arrive is quite short and not an excuse for her seal to not activate back then.

Since naruto kurama chakra is yang chakra and sakura yin seal chakra is only yin chakra.

Plus if sakura sealed the little chakra naruto gave her when she was still forming the seal then she would not have naruto cloak later when he activated it to get the alliance out of the barrier.

And Sakura refused to used the nine tails chakra because of the effects it would have on Naruto. She had this like 5 or 6 times during the war.

Only ignorant fans think that. There were already computers in part 1, I seem to remember Kabuto using a computer when he was evaluating Kimimaro's condition in part 1. Sure, it looked primitive, kinda like huge ass ones they had in the eighties and early nineties, but it was a computer nonetheless.

Bare in mind that it's been just over twenty years since we had those big ass unmovable computers in the real wold, and now we got tablets and touch screen computers and laptops.

Now think how many years it has been since part 1? The war arc is four/five years from part one. Naruto and Hinata get married roughly four years after the war. That makes it 7 years altogether£ Bolt looks roughly eight years old I'd say. So that's a total of 16 years.

Sixteen years is more than enough time for there to be laptops in the shinobi world. Laptops existed since year +-2000 in the real world after all, count the years and you'll see there's absolutely nothing funny about Naruto using a laptop in chapter 700.

One more thing, Suigetsu used a computer too in shippuden, when he found Oro's secret hideout, the place where he found the Edo Tensei scroll.
