Yeah except Nimaiya didnt so.... they may have gotten stomped just like Nimaiya before they even went bankai. Its a bad assumption

Yea Nimaiya probably did not get to go all out but for the others its not hard to say bankai.

Besides that it is also better for the story if they didnt go all out because it gives the shinigami a chance. If they did go all out then the shinigami winning will be kinda silly but its kubo so...

Well no if only three went all out then it still gives the shinigami a chance cuz the strongest of the zero division did not fight with the elites..I think the shinigami heading there will be on the losing end until more help arrives like grimmjow,kyoraku,aizen,isshin an ryuken an ukitake if he still lives on.

I was including them. Although I'm doubtful grimmjoww or Isshin will show up at this point.

Well for the shinigami heading there now they have no chance at winning if they go up against the elites an jugram an uryu.
