After much time spent deliberating on what it could be, I believe I finally have it figured out.
Kaido is a man who is feared throughout the entire OP universe. The mention of the fact that kaido may be upset with him made Doffy sh*t in his pink panther polka dot spandex and Law himself said that if their alliance could get kaido to kill doffy, that after the battle, even with all of the SH and Laws current crew (haven't seen em post TS so who knows whos in it now), they would only have a 30% chance of victory. Kaido has stood against Gekko Morias entire crew and slaughtered them. He is the strongest animal on the planet and that fact has never been disputed in the manga.
These are all pretty big clues, but the biggest one is obviously from his title "100 beast" (although the literal translation is closer to "many beasts"). Much speculation has occured about what the title could mean, does it mean he has multiple DFs? is he a shapeshifting animal? is he an animal made of other animals?.... according to my research, the answer is yes.
In conclusion, when you look at the facts and put it all together, there is only one possible creature so powerful to be worthy of being called Kaido's DF.....
